Rental Agreement

This rental agreement applies to the stay you book directly with Onalani. By completing a reservation you agree to these terms together with the cancellation policy you select at checkout and the house rules shown for that property.

The stay

  • The primary guest must be 21 or older, physically present at check-in, and able to present a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
  • A card is required at the property for a $250 refundable security deposit.
  • The guest count on the reservation, including infants and children, must not exceed the maximum occupancy.
  • Where a stay is in a timeshare complex, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. Photos show a typical unit, and view or layout may vary among similar units under common management.

Payment and cancellation

Payment follows the schedule for the cancellation policy you select. Cancelling stops charges that have not yet run. Amounts already collected are retained, and any travel credits follow that policy. Full details are on the cancellation policy page.

House rules

  • Check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, and smoking rules on the property page apply to your stay.
  • Parties, events, and pets are not permitted unless the listing says otherwise. Qualified service animals are accepted when required by law.
  • You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear.
  • A serious breach of these rules may end the stay immediately, and amounts already collected are not refunded.
