Cancellation Policy
You choose your cancellation tier at checkout, and the rate moves with it: more flexibility costs a little more, less flexibility costs less. Whichever tier you pick is the one that applies to your reservation.

Lowest nightly rate. No cash refunds. Cancel 45+ days out for a 25% credit minimum plus recovery credits; closer to arrival, credits are recovery-based only.

How travel credits work
- Guaranteed minimum credits are issued as soon as you cancel, where your tier includes them.
- Recovery-based credits are issued once your cancelled dates are rebooked by another guest.
- Credits apply to a future Onalani stay, have no cash value, and expire on the date shown in your account.
- Cash refunds are returned to the original payment method.
