This rare, oceanfront resort offers three separate 2-Bedroom Condos, each designed for comfort and convenience. • The listing is for three separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and, similar to a hotel, the exact condos are assigned at check-in. • These three condos may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the condos close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, they will be in different buildings that are approximately 550 feet apart. The property is older and was built before California Coastal Commission regulations restricted construction near the ocean, so it offers a rare beachfront location that you won’t find today. While the property is well-maintained, please understand it lacks modern conveniences like elevators and central HVAC. Pro tip: There's no air conditioning, and it is not needed: the cool Pacific breeze keeps temperatures below 70°F. Even during summer, we recommend that you bring layers, as it can get cold. Heads up: Some of the condos are on the second floor, and stairs are required.
